Context
Ever missed a servicing date or an oil change, simply because there was no timely reminder or you missed the SMS based reminder?
Had to visit authorized service centers on your own, only to wait in long queues?
Paid a hefty bill without knowing if the service was even necessary?
Felt stuck with limited options after your warranty expired?
For most vehicle owners, post-sales service is inconvenient, expensive, and often one-sided—controlled by manufacturers and authorized centers. It doesn’t have to be this way.
AutoEcare aims to break the monopoly on post-sales service by empowering local service providers with research-backed repair knowledge under the Right to Repair movement. This not only ensures quality service but also gives you the freedom to choose from multiple providers at fair prices.
While the long-term vision is to reshape the post-sales service ecosystem. AutoEcare is starting with the basics: connecting vehicle owners and local service providers on a single platform. easy to discover, connect, and communicate directly with garages around you. Plus, you can store all your vehicle-related documents in one place and effortlessly track your service history—saving time, money, and hassle.

On building this 0 to 1 Product

Since the product is patented and currently in the Customer Solution Fit (CSF) stage, I won't be able to share the details.
As part of this project, I designed a total of 4 applications:
Web apps for Technical Advisors, Distributors, Admins, and Service Providers
Mobile apps (iOS and Android) for Vehicle Owners
Each app was tailored to meet the specific needs of its user type, ensuring a seamless and role-specific experience across the ecosystem.
